• Reviewing all P&ID, SLD and Control drawings.
• Filling any necessary safety documents and task specific JHA.
• Draft site specific safety plans any size of a project
• Supervise and manage manpower to accomplish their mechanical and electrical tasks safely and correctly.
• Design the best route of flushing all auxiliary piping.
• Line-up systems for flushing and cleaning.
• Sign off flushing completion after confirming all flushing screen meeting API acceptance criteria.
• Systems restoration after cleaning.
• Systems leak and vacuum testing.
• Contact and address any concerns with OEMs
• Filing and managing any equipment RMAs with OEMs.
• Manage all commissioning activities
• Manage all outage preventive maintenance
• Trouble shoot any mechanical and electrical issues and address them with the OEMs.
• Supervise performance testing and confirm results are matching the designs.
• Reviewing others contracts and find any discrepancies in term of the technical side.   
• Site equipment training program.  
• Site safety orientation video.
